Darren Blackwell
Creates the stunning hand-drawn designs that bring our clients’ visions to life. Darren has over 25 years experience in the building industry, and spent over 10 years designing oak-framed properties – including working on a freelance basis for TJ Crump Oakwrights.
Dave Duggan
Is in charge of the management and construction phase of the projects, and helps clients bring together every last detail of their finished development. Dave has 25 years experience in the building industry, managing substantial domestic and corporate developments.
Jeremy Maynard
Is our quantity surveyor, and makes sure clients who require contractors get best value for their budget. A full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1983, he has run his own quantity surveying practice for 15 years
Sam Leach
Helps create our technical drawings, perform site surveys and prepare planning applications for developments. He’s currently taking a degree in Architecture at Canterbury University, while assisting our busy team.
Greville Thomas
His main role is to convert Darren’s hand drawn designs into detailed technical drawings for submission to building control. He also designs buildings and extensions for residential and commercial clients and has run his own practise for over 10 years.
Rhiannon
Assists the design team with freehand drawings and CAD work as well as undertaking administration work for the company as a whole. Rhiannon is currently studying towards her degree in architecture.
